In June 2017, Montcrest Asset Management (formerly known as NYX Capital Corp.) assembled 4.6 acres of residential and commercial land located at 51 & 57 Tannery Street and 208 Emby Drive, Mississauga. Plan Dixie has submitted an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to the City of Mississauga to redevelop a portion of land alongside the northwest boundaries of Dixie Outlet Mall.
