In June 2017, Montcrest Asset Management (formerly known as NYX Capital Corp.) assembled 4.6 acres of residential and commercial land located at 51 & 57 Tannery Street and 208 Emby Drive, Mississauga. Montcrest worked to rezone the property for 147 townhomes. However, since the Region of Peel has designated the property as a future Major Transit Station Area, further value can be created by rezoning the site to allow residential buildings.
