Scarlett Ranch is a 140 acres development project located in Carstairs, AB. A town 48 km north of Calgary, AB, Canada. The project is to build 1300 new homes including different types of homes such as single family / multi-family and senior villa etc. Our Community can accommodate a population of 3100 people when all phases completed. The public elementary school of this community has also opened. The rest of the project is expected to be completed by 2025. Source: Landmark West Construction

Scarlett Ranch is a multi-phase, 568 single-family lot subdivision located 30 minutes North of Calgary. This vibrant residential community is oriented around Carstairs Elementary School, Bob Clark Library, and incorporates walking and biking paths to various recreational amenities. Design guidelines were developed to accommodate modern and urban infrastructure while retaining the rural character of the area, and staying true to its ranching heritage, as pioneered by Sam Scarlett in the late 19th century. Phase 5 in Progress 140-acre development project located in Carstairs. A town 48 Kilometers north of Calgary, AB, Canada. It contains about 1300 homes of various types along with a brand new elementary school and library. The community will house approximately 3,100 residents. The Construction began in 2016 and has since completed all underground and road works and nearly 300 individual homes have been built. We’ve been working closely with the city of Carstairs to nurture and foster this vibrant community. The public elementary school and library have already been opened.
