As part of the Waterbridge MASP, approved in Feb 2014, Waterford is located in the Southwest quadrant of the City of Chestermere limits. The Outline Plan for Waterford was approved in September 2018 and the development will comprise of a large commercial village centre, Catholic School site, various house products, and a large water feature within the village centre. In addition to an already established residential community, Paradise Meadows, this plan is connected to 2 future developments with plans for commercial, schools and parks. Waterford’s vision is to create a unified, well-connected, complete community that embraces and celebrates natural water features to create great spaces for residents and visitors alike. Phase 5 in Progress 140-acre development project located in Carstairs. A town 48 Kilometers north of Calgary, AB, Canada. It contains about 1300 homes of various types along with a brand new elementary school and library. The community will house approximately 3,100 residents. The Construction began in 2016 and has since completed all underground and road works and nearly 300 individual homes have been built. We’ve been working closely with the city of Carstairs to nurture and foster this vibrant community. The public elementary school and library have already been opened.
