Our multi-generational team is taking a highly collaborative approach, generating a design for Pier 8 that will be dynamic, highly coherent and reflects the special context of West Harbour. Greybrook invested equity capital alongside Cityzen Development Group and Tercot Communities, and is overseeing their development of the Oakville project. The 20-acre development site is located within the planned Glenorchy neighbourhood of the New Communities of Oakville, expected to house 50,000 people, create nearly 35,000 jobs, and include residential, commercial, employment, institutional and natural open spaces. The 16-acre development site is situated east of Lambs Road on Concession Street East in Bowmanville, and is expected to be developed into a residential community consisting of over 140 single-detached homes, freehold townhomes and urban condominium townhomes. The property affords convenient access to major highways, including the recently completed Highway 407 extension.
