We have designed a four building complex that would house twelve family-oriented dwellings. Following the guidelines contained within the Shelbourne Valley Action Plan, and in consultation with planning staff at the Municipality of Saanich, our designers have created a proposal that aims to sensitively increase density in the University Centre land use area.
