Sitka House is located near the Moody Centre and Inlet Centre Skytrain Stations. Amenities in the area include breweries, local restaurants, parks, and beaches. The deposit structure for the project is as follows: 1st Deposit of $10,000 upon writing contract, 2nd Deposit of 10 percent of the purchase price within 7-days following acceptance, and 3rd Deposit of five percent of the purchase price 30 days following the filing of the Amendments to the Disclosure Statement with the particulars of the issued building permit. Foreign purchasers will require a 20 percent deposit. All units will have one EV-ready parking stall (except studios and Jr. 1 Bed) and one bike storage. Pets are allowed (two dogs or two cats or one of each) as well as rentals (no less than 30-days). The assignment fee is two percent.
