Expect the tower to be designed with a modern glass-fronted structure with architectural elements to add texture along with a tree-lined streetscape to add visual appeal to its surroundings. Although details have yet to be finalized for the building it self and even including features and finishes, Great Gulf and Dream are known to offer a wide selection of floor plan layouts that include, studio units, one-bedroom suites, two and three bedroom dwellings as well.
