It’s been part of the City’s Heritage inventory since October 2004\. The transformation and restoration of this section of the waterfront is currently underway and is targeted to be completed over the next decade totally converting the face of this now defunct industrial precinct within its 3 block radius. Expect the tower to be designed with a modern glass-fronted structure with architectural elements to add texture along with a tree-lined streetscape to add visual appeal to its surroundings. Although details have yet to be finalized for the building it self and even including features and finishes, Great Gulf and Dream are known to offer a wide selection of floor plan layouts that include, studio units, one-bedroom suites, two and three bedroom dwellings as well. Pricing is anticipated to range from the high $400,000’s. The developers will be inclined to incorporate an array of practical amenities many would come to expect from an urban condo lifestyle.
