The development vision for the three new properties (4919, 4923 & 4927 17 AV SW) is similar to the first phase and a phased development permit for these three lots will be submitted to The City in the near future.

The comprehensive development vision for all three phases includes a total of 25 townhouse-style units with 25 associated Secondary Suites and 25 enclosed parking stalls; as well as a secure bike and mobility storage room, and a secure waste and recycling room, for each phase of development.
