CONSTRUCTION FEATURES

CONDITIONS
• Walls and Ceilings may vary to accommodate mechanical systems
• A garage landing may not be included with home depending on the number of risers required to access this main door
• The number of steps at the front and rear of the home (exterior and interior) may vary from the brochure/plans depending on individual grades and municipal requirements.
• Front steps and porches may include prefinished metal railings only if required by Building Code (some homes may have railings while others may not depending on grading requirements of individual home)
• Variations in uniformity and colours many occur in finished materials, cabinets, floor finishes, etc. .. due to normal production processes, wood grain etc. ..
• The Builder reserves the right to substitute materials of similar or better quality if a limited supply dictates.
• The Vendor shall be entitled to reverse the elevation ("mirror image") of the house being constructed.
• The purchaser(s) acknowledge that a $300.00 +HST administration fee may be applicable to any changes requested in addition to any upgrade costs. The purchaser(s) also acknowledge that no changes will be accepted by the Vendor once construction has commenced.
